Yes. The consultation is free, and there's no obligation to hire us afterward. If you do hire us, we only get paid if your case results in a settlement or award.
No. You can submit this form with just the basics — name, phone number, and what happened. We'll ask for documents later, only if you decide to move forward.
No. Filling out this form doesn't notify your insurer or anyone else. It's a private conversation between you and our team.
That's one of the most common reasons people reach out. A denial isn't always final — let us take a look before you assume there's nothing that can be done.
Someone from our team calls you, usually within 30 minutes during business hours. We'll ask a few questions, explain what we see, and you decide whether you want to go further. No pressure either way.
Yes. Whiplash and soft-tissue injuries are the most common car accident injuries, and they often appear days or even weeks after the crash — not at the scene. As long as your injuries are connected to the accident, a delay in treatment doesn't disqualify your claim in Ontario. It's still worth getting checked as soon as you can.
We'd recommend speaking with us first. Insurance adjusters are trained to settle claims for as little as possible, and anything you say to them can be used to reduce your payout later. A quick call with us costs nothing and protects you before that conversation happens.
Ontario's no-fault insurance system means your own insurer handles your accident benefits regardless of who caused the crash — but that doesn't mean there's nothing more available to you. If someone else caused the accident, you may also have a separate claim against them. We'll help you sort out what applies to your situation.
It depends on your injuries, how they affect your life and work, and the details of the crash — there's no honest way to give a number without knowing your situation. That's exactly what the free consultation is for.
If nobody was hurt, it's a property-damage-only crash — police usually don't attend, so you report at a Collision Reporting Centre instead. Ontario requires reporting when damage looks like it could exceed $5,000 (raised from $2,000 in 2025); even below that, it's wise to report. Go within 24 hours if your vehicle is drivable. Peel Region has three reporting centres serving Brampton and Mississauga. If anyone is injured, there's a fatality, a suspected criminal offence, or damage to public property, call 911 instead. Either way, notify your own insurer regardless of the damage amount.
You're not required to have one — but your insurer has trained adjusters working on their side, and people who navigate the system alone often settle for less than they're entitled to. A free consultation tells you whether your situation is one you can handle yourself or one where a legal team earns its fee. And since there's no fee unless your case wins, getting help doesn't cost you anything upfront.
